Most of us are filled with joyous anticipation of the celebration of our Savior’s birth. It is a time of special church services, fun activities and happy get-togethers with friends and family. Who of us wants to worry about eating healthy, exercising or getting adequate rest during such a busy, exciting season? Not me. And, I would suspect, not you. But if we don’t apply some precautions, we could end up missing the celebrations because we are laid up in bed with various medical ailments. Oh, and WASH YOUR HANDS: 1. Wash your hands when they are dirty and BEFORE eating
John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Blessings,
